Description
I photographed this handsome Brown Pelican sitting on the dock at Ft. Myers Beach, FL. Seeing pelicans is a regular treat here, and he seemed quite content to ignore me and my camera. Otis Redding's classic "Sitting on the Dock of the Bay" kept running through my mind while I worked on this painting, and it seemed like a perfect title.
