Description
This painting depicts a beautiful blue heron in flight, wings folded downwards, flying out of storm clouds towards the lightening sky. I strove to create an ethereal, inspirational feel to the painting. the palette is primarily blue-grays, with touches of coral, yellow, and blues. The reference for the position of the heron was a photo taken by a good friend, and used by permission.
